Who we are

What data we collect from the website form

When you request your free leads, we collect the details you send us — typically your name, company, work email, phone, area covered, and the types of contracts you want. If you email or WhatsApp us, we also keep what’s in that conversation.

Business contact data we compile for clients

For clients, we compile business contact details from public business sources and company records. That can include a business name, a named decision maker at that business, a work email, and related publicly available context. We only include businesses and work contact details — not private consumer home details for this service.

Why we use the data (lawful basis)

We rely on legitimate interests: responding to your request, providing our service to commercial cleaning clients, and running our business in a way people would reasonably expect. Where you contact us asking for the free sample, we also need your details to reply and deliver it.

How to opt out or ask for removal

Email [email protected] and ask us to stop contacting you or to remove your details. We will do so. The same applies if you are a business contact on a list we have compiled — tell us and we’ll take you off.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry and client records only as long as we need them to provide the service, reply to you, meet legal or accounting needs, and handle opt-outs. When we no longer need the data, we delete or anonymise it.

Sharing

We use service providers that help us run the website and email (for example form delivery and hosting). We don’t sell your personal data. Client lead packs are provided to the client who ordered them, for their own business use.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. To do any of that, email [email protected].

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please email us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
